Technical

We do only custom-designed, commercial web sites.
We specialize in jobs with complex, or unique requirements for interactive web pages, content management, on-line databases, dynamic pages and e-commerce.
We have an outstanding team of graphic artists and layout designers who will work from your direction, placing mock-ups on the web in a work area where you can inspect the progress.
We can assist you in arranging hosting, domain registration, merchant accounts, SEO services and other third-party requirements as necessary.

Financial

We work by firm, fixed-cost estimate based on your requirements. We do not charge by the page.
Our minimum job is $2500.
For sites under $5000 we ask for 50% down and 50% on satisfactory completion. For sites over this amount we can arrange a schedule of progress payments.
We can begin work immediately on receipt of down payment, and suggest check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express.)

Organizational

We have been in business as Sidereal Designs since 1997.
Our principals have been working with the internet since long before the web existed, and are senior project managers with great technical depth.
We are a privately-held corporation, incorporated in the state of Maryland and work routinely with clients all over the United States and internationally.

Legal

Prices quoted will be firm for thirty days. The cost will not exceed our final estimate unless you and we agree to additional items during the course of the work or unless you request revisions to your approved design after construction has begun.
You will own the copyright to the pages and graphics we produce for you. We will place your copyright notice on every page.
If we register your domain name for you, we will register it in your name.
If we use purchased materials to which we hold a non-exclusive license, such as fonts or images, your use will be licensed under our license at no cost to you unless specifically agreed otherwise.
